1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ManaInvite (“we”, “us”, “our”) — including our website at manainvite.com and any subdomains — you (“you”, “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.

2. Our Services

ManaInvite provides a platform for creating and publishing digital invitation websites for personal events including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and other celebrations.

Our services include:

• Template-based invitation website creation
• Subdomain hosting under manainvite.com
• Optional addon features including RSVP management, photo galleries, live video streaming, and accommodation listings
• Email notifications via AWS SES
• Custom domain support (where purchased)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Your Account

Registration

To access most features you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@manainvite.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases & Payments

Pricing

Template and addon prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may vary. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice.

One-time purchases

Template purchases are one-time fees that cover one specific event site for the duration stated at checkout. Addon purchases are similarly one-time and tied to a specific site.

Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a template or addon has been unlocked and the site has been published. If you experience technical issues preventing use, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a credit.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms.

5. License & Usage

Single-event license

Each template purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that template for one specific event and one published website. Using a single purchase across multiple events or sharing it with others is not permitted.

License binding

Your license is bound to your account, the specific site ID, and the event type selected at purchase. Changing event type requires a new purchase. Attempting to circumvent this through technical means constitutes a breach of these terms.

Expiry

Sites are hosted for the period specified at purchase (typically 6–24 months). After expiry, the site goes offline but your content data is preserved for 90 days. Hosting may be extended by purchasing an extension addon.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all text, photos, and other content you upload to your site (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant ManaInvite a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the service.

Content responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You confirm that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your Content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Photographs of individuals have been uploaded with their consent

Content removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use ManaInvite to:

• Use one purchased template or site for multiple events without separate purchases
• Share, resell, or transfer your account or purchases to others
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our platform or templates
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our software or circumvent security measures
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law
• Collect personal data from your guests in ways not disclosed to them
• Spam your guests or use RSVP data for commercial marketing

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, software, graphics, and content created by ManaInvite remain our exclusive intellectual property. Your template purchase grants a use license only — it does not transfer ownership of any design assets.

The ManaInvite name, logo, and brand assets are our trademarks and may not be used without explicit written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability) shall survive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Hosted sites will be taken offline upon account closure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ManaInvite and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, though we strive to maintain high availability.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
